简要规则描述：为保障张江镇减量化项目实施后地块及时纳入有效管理和维护，我镇减量化地块实施复垦后委托第三方实施管护；本次招标共涉及地块 71个，面积365617.04平方米，绿网19570米；主要内容为减量化地块的日常监管工作、减量化地块土壤修复（耕地、绿肥等）、减量化地块围网修护和管理

Brief Specification Description: In order to ensure that the land plots can be promptly brought under effective management and maintenance after the implementation of the quantity reduction project in Zhangjiang Town, after the reclamation of the quantity reduction land plots in our town, a third party is entrusted to carry out the management and protection. This tender involves a total of 71 land plots, covering an area of 365,617.04 square meters and with a green net length of 19,570 meters. The main contents include the daily supervision of the quantity reduction land plots, the soil restoration of the quantity reduction land plots (such as cultivated land and green manure, etc.), and the repair and management of the enclosure nets of the quantity reduction land plots.

合同履约期限：本项目服务期限为签订合同后1年，具体以合同签订日期为准
