简要规则描述：按照分级、分类标准要求，对主城区与与芦潮港社区绿地开展环境整治。整治内容包括杂草清除、土地平整、垃圾外运及播种草籽等，按照公园绿地中三类生态型养护标准，落实绿地管养工作。

Brief Specification Description: In strict accordance with the hierarchical and categorical standards, environmental remediation will be implemented for the green space on the east side of Urban Core Area and Luchao Port Community Green Spaces. The remediation scope encompasses weed eradication, land grading, waste removal, and hydro-seeding. Routine management and conservation will subsequently be executed in line with the Category-III ecological maintenance benchmark for park green space.

合同履约期限：自合同签订生效后60天内完成全部绿化整治服务工作并通过采购人验收。

The Contract Period: Delivery shall be completed within 60 days from the effective date of the contract.

二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：根据《政府采购促进中小企业发展办法》等规定，本项目专门面向中小企业采购。中小企业应当按照规定提供《中小企业声明函》。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: In accordance with the "Measures on Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through Government Procurement" and other regulations, this project is specifically aimed at procurement from micro and small enterprises. Small and Medium enterprises should provide the "Declaration Letter for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" as stipulated.
