Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project is three full-color LED displays set up at the indoor place of Shanghai Dishui Lake School, installed in the lecture hall, multi-functional sports hall, basketball hall, used for large-scale celebrations, cultural and artistic activities, background image display, news releases, notices, slogans, advertisements and other information display.

合同履约期限：收到开工通知后的40天内完成所有设备和系统软件的安装、调试工作。提供自货物按合同规定验收合格之日起不短于36个月的免费质保。

The Contract Period: Complete the installation and commissioning of all equipment and system software within 40 days after receipt of the notice to commence work. Provide a free warranty of no less than 36 months from the date of acceptance of the goods in accordance with the contract.

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
